On April 16, 2004, the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. accepted this lecture for 2 1/2 hours of continuing education credit (program # 11677). The lecture is designed for financial planners who want to effectively participate on estate planning teams with their clients' lawyers and accountants. Emphasis will be placed on identifying financial related functions (and products) when trusts are created and managed.
